Craig works with Uniquely Scotland on their ‘Culinary Adventure,’ offering their clients an exclusive dining experience using the finest of Scotland’s ingredients in obscure locations.
Craig has worked closely with GSA for a number of years to help create their annual Graduation Dinners in the famous Mackintosh Library.
“I have known Craig for some years now and have engaged his services on many occasions for a number of events at The Glasgow School of Art. These events range from lunch parties for around 35 guests to exceptionally formal, four course dinners in the surroundings of the beautiful Mackintosh Library here at the GSA. On every occasion, Craig and his team have delivered unbelievably wonderful food under extremely difficult conditions as we have, until recently, not had any facilities for preparing food of any kind here – let alone to the standard of dishes produced by Craig. No one leaves a dinner at the GSA without remarking on the quality of food, service and presentation.
